1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website (Tech Mummy) and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Tech Mummy provides web development, mobile application development, e-commerce solutions, and search engine optimization (SEO) services. The specifics of each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or Proposal agreed upon by both parties.

3. Payments and Proposals

A deposit is ordinarily required before we begin working on any project. Final payment is due upon completion of the project, prior to the live deployment of the website or application. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of the final product until all outstanding invoices are paid in full.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written contract, upon final payment, the client assumes full ownership of the final website design, application, and content. Tech Mummy retains the right to display graphics and other web design elements as examples of our work in our respective portfolios.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tech Mummy shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the services or website. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements without formal agreement.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
