Tech Mummy is dedicated to client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services:
- No refunds are issued for completed work or once a project has started and resources have been allocated.
- Partial refunds may be considered for canceled projects that have not yet commenced.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment.
